BEER AND PIZZA NIGHT { EASY GARLIC AND HERB PIZZA }
Beer and Pizza Night { Easy Garlic and Herb Pizza } and a gift guide for those hard to buy for people in your life (wow, so much coolness in one place!).
This post is sponsored by UncommonGoods but my opinions are my own. Thanks so much UncommonGoods, I love all my new kitchen goodies!

BEER AND PIZZA NIGHT
Beer and Pizza night – is there anything more classic? It’s the perfect date night. It’s a great casual fun evening with friends and family. It’s comfort food at its finest.
Beer and Pizza night also makes for a great gift guide for those hard to buy for friends thanks to UncommonGoods. I’ve loved UncommonGoods for a long time, and as a fan of kitchen goodies, I’d love to get any of these as gifts. Beautiful and useful, and I’m always in need of cool new gadgets.
If you aren’t familiar with UncommonGoods, now’s a great time to get to know them (you know, with Christmas gift giving coming and all). They carry really cool and unusual things. Especially if you’re a kitchen fanatic like me, you’ll find tons of stuff to get excited about. See their cool kitchen goodies here.
How cute is this Wooden Beer Caddy! And, what better way to start our beer and pizza night, than with some beer! Take your beer to the party in this handcrafted carrier that’s made from reclaimed redwood. And, it has its own bottle opener on the side. I know several people who would love this!
Do all your prep-work on these great space-saving cutting boards. Two cutting boards that have magnets (see them in the corners of the cutting board?) to hold them onto the metal knife rack. The wooden boards are really pretty (you see them in all the pictures in this post), and really sturdy. I love wooden cutting boards because they won’t dull my knives. And the space-saving knife rack that’s build into this is great for a small kitchen like mine. This would make a great wedding gift for a couple just starting out as well.
This French-style garlic grater might just be one of the coolest things I’ve found in a long time! If you like fresh garlic then you need this little dish. It has a rough bottom to grate the garlic, is really easy to use, and what you get from it is simply awesome! Perfectly smooth fresh soft garlic! The card that came with this dish says it’s also good for root veggies, ginger, carrots, wasabi, jalapenos, horseradish, hard cheeses, chocolate, and spices. I’m so excited to try this in all the ways they suggest! Get one of these for the garlic lover in your life, or for yourself!
Besides being extremely beautiful, this Herb Chopper was a delight to use! I went around chopping all kinds of stuff, not just herbs. And, it fit into the knife holder area of the space-saving cutting boards, so a win-win for me! I mean, just look at how pretty this is! This would be an awesome gift!
Another beautiful, hand forged steel blade; this solidly-made pizza cutter is also a thing of beauty and really fun to use. I felt very powerful cutting my pizza with this Pizza Cutter!
Now that we’ve gathered all of our tools, items of beauty, and super-awesome kitchen gadgets, let’s get to making a little pizza. This Easy Garlic and Herb Pizza is delicious! Grab some flatbreads, naan, or pitas from the store. Top the bread with that awesome grated garlic. Use your favorite pizza sauce; mine’s here (it’s a rich and thick sauce that only takes a couple of minutes to make). Some grated mozzarella. And lots of freshly chopped herbs (I used basil, oregano, thyme, and green onion). A few minutes in the oven, and you have yourself an awesome dinner! Oh yeah, don’t forget the beer!
