Growing up in Indiana, my mother fry a group of hunters (usually in tons of bacon fat) and then add onions and vegetables to stay in the fridge. He called it HASH. And even though it's fat, it tastes good. So I decided to make this fat vegan breakfast hamburger to continue this family tradition.
Years later, I realized that my law did something similar to my wife when she was a child. The sink is what they call because it really adds anything except the sink when you are cooking
I made this version with Russet potatoes, onions, peppers and jalapeno. I also used a mixture of "Amazing Cauliflower" as "meat" in this recipe and I made it a little with a little red pepper and pepper powder.
However, the real beauty of using cauliflower for meat is that you can season it as you like! Do you not like the sound of taco hashes? Then use vegan sausage sauce instead! Turn it into a traditional hash sausage instead of a hashish taxi southwest!
The possibilities are endless!
"But Chuck, how do you fry potatoes without fat or oil?"
You even bake it. Potato potatoes are placed in a skillet, baked in another pan with cauliflower - baked in the oven for 30 minutes or golden brown and then mixed in a large skillet (remember sauce or tomato sauce).
Easy and delicious. This is the perfect way to get a starch dose every day and use some vegetables. And yes, I see that this is truly valid on Mary's diet.
Start with 2 medium potatoes for baking. I rubbed it first and carefully cut it into a 3/8 "cube, which I then put in a bowl of cold water.
Meanwhile, heat the oven to 400 degrees.
When my oven is heated, I prepare a mixture of "meat" by mixing 1 1/2 cups of cauliflower, 3/4 cup of sliced mushrooms and a few tablespoons of chopped walnuts (optional).
Stir 1-2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce to give a little spice, then add 1 1/2 teaspoons. Chili powder and 1/2 tsp. Pepper As I said before, you can add whatever you want.
Mix very well and then spread evenly on parchment paper.
Return to potatoes - rinse potatoes and press evenly on other parchments. Wipe as much as possible.
Place two pans in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Pull them in 30 minutes, mix them (both pan) and bake again for 10-15 minutes.
While the vegetables are being roasted, cut a large yellow onion and start softening it in a large pan with a few tablespoons of low-sodium vegetable broth. When the onion is soft, add the chopped red chili and mix well. (For southwest-scented tarps, you can add sliced buttocks, but this is completely optional)
When the potatoes and cauliflower are ready, add them to the pan with the onions and mix well.
At this point I add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and a little oregano and thyme, but try and add all the spices you think. If you like, add half a cup of my vegetarian food - it will be a good binder and taste.
And it's hashish, my friend.
You can put it in sauces, sauces, hot sauce as you like - or just eat it: potatoes mixed with vegetables without starch. Maria's potato diet.

- 1 сuр squash chopped
- 1 rеd bеll рерреr chopped
- 4 сuрѕ potatoes рееlеd and cubed
- 1/2 cup muѕhrооmѕ ѕlісеd
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 can pinto beans drаіnеd and rіnѕеd
- 1/2 tsp рарrіkа
- ріnсh оf chili flаkеѕ
Instructions
- Pre-heat the оvеn tо 425 dеgrееѕ Fаhrеnhеіt.
- Tоѕѕ thе potatoes with ѕаlt аnd pepper and ѕрrеаd out оn a parchment-lined baking ѕhееt. Lеt thе potatoes bake for 25 mіnutеѕ. Toss аnd рut bасk іntо оvеn.
- In a ѕераrаtе bаkіng dish or саѕt іrоn pan, mіx the rеmаіnіng veggies, bеаnѕ, and spices tоgеthеr. Put thе baking dіѕh іn thе оvеn nеxt tо the potatoes аnd continue tо bаkе bоth fоr 15 mіnutеѕ.
- Stir thе potatoes іn wіth the vеggіеѕ аnd bеаnѕ, ѕеаѕоn wіth mоrе ѕаlt аnd рерреr if dеѕіrеd, and serve!
