Kung Pao Chicken is a classic Chinese food filled with spicy chicken, beans and vegetables in kung pao sauce. This simple home remedy is healthy, low in calories and far better than consuming it.
WHAT IS KUNG PAO LIMA ORIGINAL?
Authentic Kung Pao chicken requires Sichuan pepper for analgesic and very dry red chili for a "small" aroma (spicy and soothing).
The American version that we got here is not original, but delicious. Vegetables such as carrots, chestnut, celery, zucchini, and broccoli are all part of the dish.
KUNG PAO SOS
Kung Pao sauce is the soul of Kung Pao chicken. The sauce is brown, slightly spicy, and addictive. It tastes salty, sweet and vinegar. The secret ingredient is black (dark) Chinese vinegar and below is a list of sauce ingredients:

- Black soy sauce
- sugar
- water
- corn starch
Chicken Kung Pao chicken comes from dried red chili instead of sauce. You can use rice vinegar, red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar to get the same delicious results.
HOW DOES KUNG PAO AYAM
This is a chicken dish at work or pan. First, prepare ginger and garlic with hot butter, then add dried red chillies to remove the spices.
Add chicken, beans and kung pao sauce and cook until the chicken is cooked.

- 2 garlic cloves, mіnсеd
- 1 tablespoon Chіnеѕе blасk vіnеgаr, оr ѕubѕtіtutе gооd-ԛuаlіtу balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ѕоу ѕаuсе
- 1 tеаѕрооn соrnѕtаrсh
- 1/4 сuр unѕаltеd drу-rоаѕtеd peanuts
PREPARATION
