Like St. Valentin, many of you think of a romantic "Deux" dish. After raising 3 children, it is difficult to do something that is not suitable for 8 children! I guess that's why we sometimes eat leftovers for days.

Thankfully, men are good sports. But because Tiramisu is not one of its favorites, I make this beautiful tiramisu for two coffee desserts in the family.

What is Tiramisu?

Tiramisu comes from Italian and means something like "take me".

Tiramisu is a rich dish, layered which usually contains solid or flavored sweets for women, mascarpone cheese, espresso, eggs, sugar, marshal, rum and chocolate powder. Of course there are many variations.

I am rather humble, I cut this recipe in only two servings. This was the first time I used Savioardi as a mushroom substitute and replaced Kahlua with Marshal.

Sometimes some optimizations work, sometimes it can mean recipe death !! Thankfully, this little tiramisu exceeded my expectations. Because my second oldest is having dinner, each of them has one. Tips for making perfect tiramisu

I've tried many recipes for tiramisu and this is one of the best. The default component control is great for unique fun! Here are some tips for the right tyramis:

  • Have mascarpone and eggs at room temperature. The eggs shuffle best when they are not cold, and the egg yolks and mascarpone become lighter and cooler.
  • Don't water your woman. You need to dip quickly and leave the espresso mixture. Moist ladyfingers must be avoided at all costs.
  • This is good for shaking the flavor. Marsala wine is added to espresso in classic tiramisu, but I enjoy test coffee with alcoholic drinks like Kahlua.
  • Let it cool for at least 2 hours or even at night to allow women to soften and harden the contents.

  2. Next : In a ѕераrаtе bоwl, combine thе mеltеd chocolate, vаnіllа еxtrасt, lіԛuіd соffее аnd Kаhluа (оr оthеr соffее liqueur). Tо serve, spoon 1 tbѕр. оf thе mеltеd chocolate mixture оn thе bottom of a serving glаѕѕ, followed by ѕеvеrаl tbѕрѕ. оf the сrеаm/mаѕсаrроnе сhееѕе mіxturе.
