Low Syn Pork and Apple Burgers
These Low Syn Pork and Apple Burgers are a great alternative to beef burgers, and super tasty.
I recently discovered the amazing combination of pork and fennel seeds. If you haven’t tried it before then you’re missing out.
I love the little pop of aniseed every so often, gives the burgers a real lift without being overbearing.
